If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to accept returns of any item that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels.

The item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and salable. All items must be returned with all security tags and labels attached. We will not accept return items that display any signs of wear or damage. We will also not accept items that have any smells or stains, and we do not accept items that have been washed by the customer.
alana eve reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of dispatching returned items that do not meet our policy back to you.
The following items are returnable for Store Credit/Gift Card only:
- All items that are on sale
- Items that were bought during sale periods
- Purchases made using a promo code providing a discount larger than 15% (such as LABORDAY30)
Please keep in mind that postage fees will be subtracted from the gift card or store credit.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers on our website.
alana eve reserves the right to set limitations on the number of items that may be purchased in any order or series of orders. alana eve reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by resellers and distributors. Where alana eve detects an unreasonable return pattern, alana eve may restrict or refuse future purchases and/or returns from such customers.
If you need a return label, please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help you out. Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the item.
Please find your order number, pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice when shipping it.
A $12.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
