Alana Eve is a family-, woman-, and minority-owned luxury womenswear brand that is dedicated to designing quality, timeless clothing that feels great and looks amazing. We put an emphasis on a full size range to create pieces that flatter XS-3X sizes.

Will Alana Eve's clothes look as good on me as they do on the models?
All bodies are unique so the clothes may not look exactly the same on you as they do on our models. However, we design our unique women’s clothing with different bodies in mind, and they will flatter you nonetheless.
Moreover, we don’t retouch our images to make our products look better—our models and clothes are beautiful just as they are! So, they’re accurate representations of what our clothes will look like on you in case you have a similar body type to the model.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping availability and pricing varies based on the item. If you have any additional questions, please send an email to orders@shopalanaeve.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.
When will I receive my pre-order?
Pre-ordered items have the estimated delivery date listed on each corresponding style and can be tracked on the Track My Order page. If you have any questions regarding the ETA of your purchased pre-order item, please don't hesitate to contact our staff at orders@shopalanaeve.com.
PLEASE NOTE: The entire order of any pre-ordered items purchased with items available will be held until ALL styles are available for dispatch and will be sent together. If you wish to avoid any delays with the available items you will need to purchase those items separately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the United States! Please out to us at orders@shopalanaeve.com with any questions concerning this. We are hoping to offer shipping to other countries in the future.

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?
Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you would like a different size, please place a separate order for the item(s) in that size. We will process your return separately. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy by using our online returns portal.
Please note that the following items are returnable for store credit/gift card only:
- All items that are on sale
- Items that were bought during sale periods
- Purchases made using a promo code providing a discount larger than 15% (such as LABORDAY30)
If my measurements fall in between sizes, which size should I buy?
Please refer to our sizing chart, model stats, and/or individual product descriptions for guidance prior to making a purchase. Product listings also include the measurements of the featured model and the size in that style that fits them best.
My size is out of stock currently. Will it be restocked?
We regularly assess our inventory and bring back certain sizes that may be temporarily out of stock. However, items that have been discontinued will not be restocked. Please reach out to us at orders@shopalanaeve.com to request information about specific products.
When will you release more items?
Our designers work hard to introduce new styles frequently, however, the schedules vary. We request you to check our New Women’s Dresses & Tops page for fresh items. To stay in the loop, we also recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media @alanaeveofficial for announcements about upcoming releases and restocks.
